Abstract:

Deed recorded 31 October 1826, indenture made 17 October 1826.

From Talitha PAYNE to Ebenezer PAYNE for the sum of $34, all that part of Hog 
Pen Landing, Payne’s Purchase, and Payne’s Discovery which Talitha PAYNE bought 
from Charles and Nancy PRITCHART lying on west side of northwest fork of 
Nanticoke River.
