Abstract:

Deed recorded 6 April 1825.  Deed of sale to Delitha PAYNE from Charles 
PRITCHARD and wife, all of Dorchester County for the sum of $100 that tract of 
land on the NW Fork River in Dorchester County formerly belonging to Elkana 
PAYNE, now deceased, that came to Nancy PRITCHARD from her father Elkana PAYNE 
on his death.

Witnessed by Wm Medford and Richard Keene.

Deed changed hands 26 January 1825.
