Josiah Washington Eccleston Bayly age 86.died this morning at his home in 
Louisville KY.Son of the Late DR.Alexander Hamilton Bayly and Della Byus 
Bayly.Brother of Mrs.Kate Skinner,wife of Dr John O Skinner of Washington 
DC.Mrs Jennnie Cator of Baltimore and Messrs,A.Hamilton and Edgar Bayly of 
this city.Another sister Mrs.Helen Watts,a brother Mr Julian Bayly died years 
ago.
Born March 19,1839.He left Cambridge at sixteen and went to Louisville KY.
He engaged in a Fire Insurance business in KY.
Played golf ever afternoon weather permiting.
Married twice first wife died several years ago.
Survived by his second wife Mrs.Sue Bayly.
No children.
Funeral in Louisville KY.
