Born and raised in Madison,he was the son of the late Benjamin and Sophronia Bromwell Hubbard. In 1913 he took a job as superintended at the Spencer Construction in Baltimore.He also work for the Fanning Schuette Engineering Company of Philidelphia for more then 20 years.He return to Madison in 1939 and engaged in farming.. He was a member of the Layfayette Lodge 79,Af & AM of Zanesville,Ohio for 25 years.Also a member of the Joppa Methodist Church and Sunday School. He married Miss Adele Wallace on July 9,1904.She was the daughter of the late Anthony R and Adele Woolford Wallace of Madison. Survived by his wife.One daughter Mrs Alvin Linthicum of Baltimore.One son Percy Daniel Hubbard of Madison.One sister Mrs Mollie Woolford of Baltimore.One brother Calvin B Hubbard of Lithicum Heights,Md.One grandson David A Linthicum of Baltimore. Funeral conducted at Joppa Methodist Church in Madison.Rev.O.G.Brewer and J.D Abbott officiating.Interment in Gethsemane Cemetery in Madison.
