Clifton Jones Parker,79 years 2 months 16 days,died this morning at his home 
on Race St.
He was born in Church Creek,Md on December 17,1862.
Son of the late Jonas and Selena Christopher Parker of Church Creek.
He engaged in farming in Woolford,Md most of his life.He retired in 1926 and 
moved to Cambridge.
Married Miss Louis Steward in 1887.Daughter of the late Thomas and Julia 
Steward of Church Creek.
He was a 20 year member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church.He also had been a 
member of Southern Methodist Church in Woolford.
Survived by his wife,three daughters Miss Hattie Clifton Parker of 
Baltimore,Mrs Wilby Mills of Cambridge,Mrs Louisa Bennett of Lincoln 
Delaware.One son Orion Parker of Cambridge.
Two half-brothers.John Parker of Baltimore and Harry E Parker of Hurlock.
Funeral held at Pilgrim Holiness Church.Rev.C.E Posey officiating.
Interment in Dorchester Memorial Park.
