Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Margaret Hayward liberty during widowhood if ? ? required and in Order to Discharge my Debts for to sell my part of the Mill or Fifty Acres of land Called Hopewell that part next to the mill and if my wife doth not sell the mill I give her free liberty for to Cut Down what Timber she may have Occasion for the use of the said Mill but is she marrieth again I then Only Give liberty for the Cut Timber from a Tract of land called Hope and not such Timber ? make fence Loggs or Boards and he or she doth Other wise then what her Express shall for fitt all the Liberty or property of the aforesaid ? I do hereby make and Ordaine my beloved wife my Only and Sole Executrix of this my Last will and Textament Ratifying and Confirming this and no Other to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
