Last Will and Testament
Filed March 9,1883

Know all men,by these presents that I,Ann Hill of Dorchester Co.State of 
Maryland,bring at the time of this writing,sound in mind and body,do make 
this,as my will and testament.

1st- I commend my soul to God ,who gave it,and my body to the grave.

2nd- I give,bequeath and devise to my grandson JOHN,by some  called JOHN HENRY-
an illegitimate child of my son NOAH HILL, all the property,both real and 
personal.of which I may die possesson free of all incumbrance or 
charges,except as herein below recited.

3rd- I direct my grandson,JNO HENRY to pay to my son NOAH HILL and my daughter 
MARY JANE,widow of  NOAH STEWARD,deceased,the sum of one dollar each and no 
more of my estate,the same to remain a charge against my estate until paid.

4th- And I do herby further direct my grandson JOHN HENRY-the heretofore named-
to see to it that my body is decently interred in the earth,the expences of 
which,are to be paid by him-the said JOHN HENRY out of my estate
hereinbyfore,willed bequeathed and devised to him, the same JOHN HENRY,my 
grandson and illegitimate child of my son NOAH HILL;in witness of the truth of 
the aforegoing I have hereto affixed my hand and seal,this the twenty fifth 
day of Febuary A.D 1881
