John Hubbard's Last Will and Testament
Filed November 25, 1889

Know all men by there presents that I John Hubbard of Cambridge Md,being feble 
in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do hereby declare make and 
publish this my Last Will and Testament revolking and anulling any and all 
former wills by me hereafter made,ratifying and confirming this and none 
others in manner and firm following ,that is to say.
After my funeral expences are paid,I give and bequeath all my property.Item 
description now in my possession or elsewhere including my house,two 
wagons,household goods,farming implements and in fact all my property of any 
desrciption to my daughter ELLEN EDGAR wife of GEORGE EDGAR.
As my property taken in all is of little value and hardly capable of division 
and because a division among my children would be insignificate to each and as 
my daughter Ellen has in in my latter days ministered most devotidly to my 
wants and shown great affection for me.I desire to make this rememberence of 
her care and affection for me.
Item if  any money coming to me as --?-- of the Ophans Court I desire that my 
Executor hereinafter named shall pay to Andrew J Foble the sum of four dollars 
and the balance I bequeath to my daughter ELLEN EDGAR inforsaid.
Lastly I do hereby appoint GEORGE W EDGAR Executor of this my Last Will and 
Testament.
In testamony thereof I have here set my hand and affixed my seal this 17th day 
of December in the year 1888.
