Last Will and Testament
Filed March 11th 1901
 
Know all men by these presents,that I Louisa Hubbard of Dorchester Country,do 
publish pronounce and declare,this paper or instrument of writing to be My 
Last Will and Testament,in waiver and form following that is to say;
First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God,and my 
body to the earth,to be decently buried at the discretion of my executor 
hereinafter named,after my depts and and funeral expenses are paid,I devise 
and bequeath as follows:
Item-I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate of wery 
description,Real,Personal or mixed,unto my three children now living to be 
equally divided between them" Lydia J Wheeler wife of John W Wheeler.Laura L 
Spedden wife of Hizzekial Spedden and Thomas R Hubbard,share and share alike.
And lastly,I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Thomas R Hubbard to be 
sole exector of this my Last Will and Testament.Revoking and annuling all 
former wills by me.heretofor made ratifying and confirming this and none other 
to be my Last Will and Testament.
In testimony whereof,I hereto set my hand and affix my seal this third day of 
Febuary in the year of our Lord eighteen hundrend and sixty eight.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named testatrix,as and for 
her Last Will and Testament in our presence who as her request and in the 
presence of each other have hereto set our names as witnesses thereto.
