First and principally,I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God ,and my body to the earth,to be deceatly buried at the descretion of my executorix,herein after named and after my debts and funeral charges are paid,I devise and bequeath as follows: Item-I give and devise unto my dear wife all the property tha I now posess;or that I may posess at my death.Both real personal and mixedlet it consist of what ever it may-weather money judgements,bonds,mortgages or notes,to make this better understood it is my wish and desire that mt dear beloved wife SARAH ANN HUBBARD shall keep and posess eqnitty and peasebley all the property that I may posess of every kind at my death with out let or hindersence by everybody. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my dear wife SARAH ANN HUBBARD ,to be sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,revoking and annullingall former wills by me heretofore made ratifing and confirming this and none other,to be my Last Will and Testament. In testamony whereof,I have hereinto sit hand and affixed my seal,this thirty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eighteen hundred and sixty fore. Siged sealed,published and declared by MICHAEL HUBBARD the above named testator,as and for his Last Will and Tesatment,in the presence of us,who as his request,in his presence and in the presence of each other,have subscribed our names as witnesses. Hennie J,Wright Issac R Wright H.D Wright State of Maryland,Dorchester County,to wit On the 30th day of January anno domini 1883 personaly appeared HOOPER HUBBARD administrator of MICHAEL HUBBARD late of the said county,deceased,and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that this paper or instrument of writing,purporting to be the Last Will and Testamen of the said MICHAEL HUBBARD,deceased was recently and long since he administered on the estate of said deceased,found by him among some old papers in the bottom of a trunk belonging to the said deceased,and that,to the best of his knowledge,it is the true and whole Last Will and Testament of the said deceased,and that he know of no other of a younger date. Certified by E.W LeCompte Register of wills,Dorchester County State of Maryland,Dorchester County,to wit: On the 1st day of Febuary anno domini 1883,personally appeared ISSAC J WRIGHT one of the subcribing witnesses to the aforegoing Last Will and Testament of MICHAEL HUBBARD,late of the said county,deceased and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that he did see the testator therein names sign and seal the said will,that he heard him publish,pronounce and declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament ,that at the time of so doing the said testator was,to the best of witness apprehensions,of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,and that he together with HENNIE J WRIGHT (who has since become the wife of WASHINGTON A VICKERS and has removed with him to the state of Virginia) and HENRY D WRIGHT who has since died.The other subscribed their names as witnesses thereto in the presence and at the request of said testator and in the presence of each other.
