My son, George Kirkman, jr., my executor. Witnesses: Daniel Sulivane, James Lyrell, Noble Hobbs. Addenda: Elizabeth Kirkman, the widow of George Kirkman, renounced the legacy bequeathed her and will be concluded by what the law in such cases gives her. March 1, 1749. Additional Comments: Son James named in the will is the ancestor of the submitter. His wife's name was Mary. George's wife Elizabeth's maiden name was Griffith.
