The 2nd & final Account of John Albaugh Executor of John Albaugh  Senr. late of 
Frederick County Deceased. 
This Accountant charges himself with a Balance due said Deceased's Estate on a 
former Account Exhibited and passed the Orphan's Court 24th day of February

On the 5th day of April 1813  Then came John Abaugh Executor of John Albaugh 
Senr. and made oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that the foregoing 
Account is Just and true as it Stands Stated to the best of his knowledge and 
that he hath paid the several sums for which he claimed an Allowance Whereupon 
after due Examination is Passed by the Orphan's Court

[transcriber's notes: 
 Note that  although the land was sold for a dollars and cents amount the 
distribution was in pounds, shillings and pence.
Note that this is the only record the transcriber has found of Stephen Albaugh's 
marriage. He is probably the Stephen Albaugh  who was a son of Zachariah 1734-
1782 and Susanna Albaugh  Zook d 1821.  Julet  [Juliet] was referred to as 
Julian [Julianne] Albaugh in her father's will, Frederick Co., MD, Liber R B 1 
Folio 167, 168.]
