FRANCY HAGAN, SENIOR, LATE OF FREDERICK COUNTY, DECEASED

This accountant charges himself with the balance due

For current money paid Levi Davis for John Rigney, 
Sheriff, the principal of a Judgement of $25.20 John
Markell __ __ and interest and some from 5th day of
January 1824 to the 23rd say of February 1825 per

For ditto paid John Rigney, Sheriff, the principal of
a Judgement of $35 __ __ this accountant and interest
from 2nd day of October 1824 to the 5th May 1827
per judgement and receipt appears				40.26

For ditto paid Levi Davis for John Rigney, Sheriff,
The principal of a Indenture vs $10 ___ this 
Accountant and Interest on same from May 5th to 
June 19th 1827 per judgement and receipt appears		10.07

Maryland Frederick County to wit

On the 31st day of August 1829 came Francis Hagan, Administrator of Francis Hagan late 
of Frederick County deceased and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that 
the forgoing account as stated is ___ and true to the best of his knowledge and belief, and 
that the he has paid or decussed to be paid the several sums for which he prayed an 
allowance, which upon due examination is passed by order of the Orphans Court.
