Stephens of Frederick County, witness that in consideration of $500 the said Nathan and Elizabeth Stephens doth bargain and sell unto Nancy Stephens of same all the right title and interest of them the said Nathan and Elizabeth Stephens (it being the undivided share of the said Nathan Stephens ) of and in the following parts or parcels of land, of which the said Samuel Stephens deed seized and apportioned by his Last Will and Testament to certain ofhis heirs viz: 2 lots of land situate lying and being in the county aforesaid being parts or parcels called "New Market Plains" and which was conveyed to said Samuel Stephens by Cornelius Clay and wife by deed bearing date 19 June 1843 and 19 July 1848 and recorded among Frederick County land records, the said parcels containing about 16 acres more or less, also all their interest of and in to the two following lots of ground situate on the north side of the Main Street of the Town of New Market and on Alley #5 of Halls part of said town . . . the said Nathan and Elizabeth Stephens doth covey to make and execute further assurances as may be deemed requisite.
