At the request of Samuel Stevens the following deed is recorded October 14, 
1833.  This indenture made this 14th day May 1833 between John S. Roberts of the 
City of NY in the State of New York of the first part and Samuel Stevens of 
Frederick County, in the State of Maryland of the second part in consideration 
of $550 . . . all the east half of Trout lot #32 and back lot #99 situate on 
Alley #5 in Nicholas Halls east of New Market.  . . . said lots among other 
estate assigned and decreed to him from Sarah Wood, his mother . . . signed John 
S. Roberts in presents of Abel Russell.
