Deed

John Albert Peters and Mary Helena Peters
to 
Augustine Kreitz

Frederick County, Maryland


At the request of Augustine Kreitz, the following is received for record and 
recorded June 11th 1891 at 1 ½ o’clock PM

This Deed made this twenty-first day of February in the year Eighteen hundred 
and ninety-one by John A. Peters and Mary H. Peters his wife, both of Frederick 
County in the state of Maryland.  Witnesseth that the in consideration of 
twenty dollars the said John A Peters and Mary H Peters his wife, do grant unto 
Augustine Kreitz of the said County and State in fee simple, all that lot or 
parcel of land situated in Frederick County in the State of Maryland.  
Beginning for the same at a point on the side of a reserved road, said point 
being the third corner of the said John A. Peters’ land and running thence with 
the said road North 18 ¾ degrees West fifty-five feet thence South 59 Degrees 
West one hundred feet to a stone, thence South 18 ¾ degrees East fifty-five 
feet, thence with the line of Addie Kelleys’ land North 59 degrees East one 
hundred feet to the beginning containing five thousand five hundred square feet 
of ground together with the use of the above mentioned reserved road.

State of Maryland, Frederick County, To wit:

I hereby certify that on this 21st day of February in the year eighteen hundred 
and ninety-one, before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the State of 
Maryland in and for Frederick County personally appeared John A. Peters and 
Mary H. Peters his wife and did each acknowledge the aforegoing deed to be 
their respective act.
