On Oct 24, 1755 Peter Tysher paid six shillings alienation fee. Peter Tysher to William Humbert. Recorded June 30, 1763 Book H p 516, 517. 162 acres called Peru, part of Resurvey of Mistaken Friend beginning on the ninth line of resurvey, for twenty pounds. Frederick Co.,104 acres land called Prevention, next to George Parker’s land called Addition to Saulsbury Plains, for two hundred pounds. Witnesses William Luckett, Thomas Price. Deed made June 17, 1767. Charity Boyd wife of Thomas gave up her right of dower, witnesses Joseph Sprigg and Richard Duckett Junr. On Aug 6, 1767. Peter Tysher paid alienation fee of four shillings and two pence sterling. [note, this land was where Jacob and Susanna (Fisher, Tisher) Ridenour later lived. It is mentioned in Peter Teisher ‘s will and also Jacob Ridenour’s will.
