Shipley land, North 24 degrees to the South margin of the Baltimore and Frederick Turnpike road to a stone now planted then South 80 degrees east - calculated 7 acres, 3 roads and 27-1/2 square perches of land more or less which is part of same land conveyed by Jacob Trayer and wife to said Cornelius Klay by deed dated August 3, 1840 for 2 acres more or less. . ..
