This Indenture made this 19th day of April 1851 between Catherine Wagner of 
Frederick County, MD, first part, and Samuel Stephens of said county and state, 
2nd part, in consideration of $170 in her hand paid . . . the following lot of 
ground, situated in the Town of Liberty in Frederick County, being #31 on Piney 
Run and draught of Linganore . .. standing on the south side of the Main Street 
of said Town of Liberty and running South 4 degrees 300 feet, . . . together 
with all and singular houses, gardens, fences, . . .
