At the request of Samuel Stephens the following deed is rendered June 3, 1846.
This Indenture made this 16th day of April 1846 between Asa Swomley and wife, 
Mary, Frederick County, MD, first part and Samuel Stephens of said county and 
state, 2nd part . . . in consideration of $225 by said Samuel Stephens to Asa 
Swamley . . . laying in town of New Market on the South side of Main Street of 
said town said lot measuring 26 feet.  West from the East Corner of the front of 
the line on said lot and measuring 44 feet, south from the front of said lot, it 
being a part of the lot known by #34, frong lot in Halls part of New Market.
