Mrs. Mary C. Anders.
  Mrs. Mary Catherine Anders died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles 
Strine, Woodsboro, Thursday evening of general debility, aged 85 years.  She is 
survived by the following children:  Mrs. Charles Trout, Walkersville; Jacob 
Anders, Union Bridge; Mrs. William Sinclair, Frederick; George and Morris 
Anders, Mrs. Louis Alexander, all of Ohio; Mrs. Charles Strine, Woodsboro; 
Charles Anders, Frederick  and Oscar Anders, Iowa.  Twenty-five grandchildren 
and 20 great-grandchildren also survive.  Funeral Saturday meeting at the house 
at 1 o’clock with services at the Woodsboro Lutheran church conducted by Rev. 
R. C. Sorrick.  Powell and Albaugh, funeral directors.
