Miss Ellen E. Benton, mistress of the day school at the stone tavern, 
died on West Patrick street yesterday morning, of pleurisy.  She was 
sixty years old.  Funeral tomorrow afternoon at two o’clock from mission 
school.  Her remains will be interred in the Reformed burying grounds.
