He was the husband of the late Asevith Rice Butter and resided in Harrisburg, Pa., until he came to the city in January of this year. Besides his daughter with who he resided he is survived by two sons, Walter Butter and Wanzwoth Butter, both of Baltimore: one brother, Frank A. Butter, Pittsburgh, Pa., six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two nephews. The remains are resting at the funeral home, 24 West All Saints street, whre friends may call Tuesday after 12 noon. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home Wednesday at 2.30 p. m. Rev. E. E. Williams assisted by Rev. W. I. Snowden will officiate. Interment in John Wesley cemetery, Libertytown. C. E. Hicks, III, funeral director.
