Mrs. Clayton H. Cronise
  Mrs. Katherine LaMar Cronise, wife of Clayton H. Cronise, 101 West Twelfth 
street, died at three o’clock Sunday morning at the Riggs Sanitarium near 
Ijamsville.  Death was due to complications following a long illness. She was 
70 years old.
  A daughter of the late Robert G. and Katherine Sinn LaMar, Mrs. Cronise was 
born in Frederick and resided here her entire life.  Besides her husband, she 
is survived by two daughters; A. Katherine Cronise, at home; Mrs. E. Bernard 
Davis, Binghampton, N. Y.; a brother, Robert G. LaMar, Baltimore; four 
grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Cronise was a member 
of the Evangelical Lutheran church, and in past years had been active in the 
organizations of the church.  
  The body is at the late residence, where friends may call.  Funeral services 
will be held there Tuesday afternoon at 3.30 o’clock.  Interment will be made 
in Mt. Olivet cemetery.  C. C. Cline and Son, funeral directors.
