Mrs. Emily Laura Donsife
  Mrs. Emily Laura Donsife, aged 79, the widow of William Luther Donsife of 
Virginia Beach, Va., died Saturday at 1 p. m. after an illness of one week.
  Mrs. Donsife was a former resident of Woodsboro.  She was born in Rising 
Sun, a daughter of the late Eros Newlin and Annie Taylor Newlin.
  Surviving are three children.  William L. Donsife of Damascas; Miss Evelyn 
N. Donsife of Virginia Beach and Mrs. Ruth M. Hall of Virginia Beach.  Her 
husband predeceased her by 21 years. 
  Also Surviving are three grandchildren and three great grandchildren and one 
sister, Mrs. Maude Ashby of Rising Sun.
  Mrs. Donsife was a member of the Lutheran Church.
  The body is at the Woodsboro funeral home of Powell and Hartzler, where 
services will be held today at 2 p. m.
  Rev. E. Koontz Helwig will officiate.
  Interment will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
