The Daily News, Frederick, Maryland, Friday, 17 January 1890

Died of consumption near Oak Hill, this county, of the ?th inst., Miss Emma Geesey,
aged 25 years.  Deceases was an estimable young lady, well-known in social circles.  
Her funeral took place on Sunday from her late residence.  Interment was made in 
Oak Hill cemetery.  Elder Jesse Fox officiating.
