Mrs. Eliza Glisson, one of Frederick county’s oldest citizens, 
died Jan. 31st.  She was over 85 years of age and seemed to be 
in tolerable good health for one of her age, until a short while
before her death.  Her remains were interred in the cemetery at 
Central on the 2d of February.  Dr. Jas. K. Nichols preached the 
funeral sermon to a good congregation of friends and neighbors 
of the deceased.
