He was the husband of Kelly Leigh Brandenburg Webb, whom he married on May 10, 1986. Born on April 17, 1963 in Montgomery County, he was a son of the late Stewart E. and Mary Reid Webb. He was employed with the City of Gaithersburg since 1982 and served as a fleet manager. He was a graduate of Frederick High School, Class of 1981, and a member of the Elks Lodge #289 of Frederick. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and mechanically repairing old cars. He devoted his life to his family and home. Surviving besides his wife are two children, Christopher Carl and Kristin Leigh both at home, four brothers, Bud Webb and wife Margaret, of Urbana, Roger Webb and wife Patsy of Adamstown, John Webb and wife Jerry of Knoxville, David Webb of Tennessee, three sisters, Patsy Bloss of Canastota, N.Y., Vivian Painter and husband Robert of Buckeystown, Mary Smith and Husband Charles of Adamstown, in-laws, Bill and Connie Stalmaker of Frederick, E. Lee and Terry Brandenburg of Brunswick, a sister-in-law Kimber Shank and husband Randall of Frederick. Special nieces, Ashley and Stephanie Shank numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. The family received friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on April 8 and 9. Funeral services were held April 10 with the Rev. David Oravec officiating. Interment was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
