Born on April 14, 2001, with many hopes and dreams surrounding her, she was the daughter of Tadd and Lisa Marie Forrest of Frederick. Surviving in addition to her parents are two sisters, Samantha Marie and Madelyn Kazia Forrest of Frederick; grandparents James "Grandad" and Donna "Nana" Bewley of Woodbine and Kazia "Grannie" Forrest of Frederick; four aunts, Stacy and Sarah Bewley of Woodbine, Rebekah and Veronica Forrest of Frederick; two uncles, Scott Forrest of Frederick and Rocky White of Hagers-town; and five cousins. She will also be remembered by her great-grandparents, Joseph "Great Grandad" and Shirley "Me-Me" Wolford of Rockville and Margaret "Grandma" Bewley of Woodbine, and numerous aunts, great-uncles and second cousins. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents Shirley Dove "G-ma" and Edgar Malcum "Pop Pop" Forrest and John David "Pop" Bewley. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 5 at 4 p.m. at the Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Road (Route 109), Barnesville (hiltonfh.com). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Forrest Family Fund, 26500 Ridge Road, Damascus, MD 20872. Family members are also asking friends to donate blood to the American Red Cross and give someone the gift of life. Cloa June Brown Cloa June Brown, 77, died Thursday, April 26, 2001, at her home in Damascus. Twice married, she was the wife of the late Clarence Melvin Robinett and the late Raleigh Brown. Born Nov. 22, 1923, in Buchanan County, Va. she was the daughter of the late James Richard and Sara Martha Owens Childress. Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and a member of The Daisy Chapel of Harpers Ferry, W.Va. Surviving her are four children: Erma Shelton of Doran, Va., Johnny Brown and his wife Jaqueline of Martinsburg, W.Va., Vickie Brown Atanasov and her husband Steve of Middletown and David W. Brown and his wife Judith of Martinsburg; three grandchildren whom she raised: Edward Sheets of Mount Airy, Randall Sheets of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Brandon Sheets of Damascus; and an additional 14 grandchildren: Tammy Shelton, Jody Shelton, Kimberly Brown, Brian Shelton, Christopher Brown, Jennifer Brown, June Ashley Brown, Rachael Atanasov, Stephan Atanasov, Michelle Atanasov, Jason Brown, Nicole Brown, Angela Brown and Julianne Brown. She is also survived by her sister, Ruby Street of Rosedale, Va., brother Ellis Childress of Haysi, Va., 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Brown is also remembered by a special friend, Rosalie Brashear of Gaithersburg. Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her daughter Shirley Ann Sheets, six brothers and two sisters. Funeral services were held Tuesda at the Olin L. Molesworth P.A., Funeral Home in Damascus. The Rev. Frank Nick officiated. Interment was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
