Mrs. William H. Harbaugh
  Mrs. Elsie Virginia Harbaugh, wife of William H. Harbaugh, of New Midway, 
died at her residence, Wednesday afternoon, 2 o’clock, after an illness of a 
year, of heart ailments.  She was 69 years, 11 months and 25 days old; a 
daughter of the late John and Mary Gilbert Smith, of Frederick County and a 
liflong member of the Woodsboro Lutheran church.  Surviving besides her 
husband, are three sons, Harry L. Harbaugh, at home Roland S. and Roscoe T. 
Harbaugh, both of New Midway; two sisters, Mrs. Addie Staley, Yellow Springs 
and Mrs. Clara Miller, Detour; also one grandchild.  Funeral services will be 
held at the funeral home in Woodsboro, where friends may call, Saturday 
afternoon, 2 o’clock.  Rev. Raymond C. Myers will officiate.  Interment in Mt. 
Hope cemetery, Woodsboro.  Powell and Hartzler, funeral directors.
