Of late years he was in charge of the grounds at St. John’s cemetery. He was the son of the late William H. and Henrietta (Brengle) Kemp. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Florence V. Kemp and by three sisters; Mrs. Margaret Stultz, near Pearl; Mrs. Kate Wiles, near Frederick, and Mrs. Mehrl Dixon, Frederick. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
