  The funeral of Miss Carrie M. Long, who died on Friday morning at the home 
of her parents, Dr. and Mrs. C. A. Stultz at Woodsboro, was held Sunday with 
services at Mt. Tabor church at Rocky Ridge at 2:30.  The services were very 
largely attended.  Her pastor, Rev. Mr. Williams had charge, assisted by Rev. 
F. R. Fife.  The choir sang “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Some Day You’ll 
Understand.”  The pallbearers were: Harry Dorcus, James Renner, Daniel Fogle, 
Charles Strine, Gail Cutshall, and Emory Chutshall.  Interment in cemetery 
adjoining the church.  Many beautiful floral emblems were presented.  M. L. 
Creager and Son, funeral directors.
