Charles E. Nichols
  Charles E. Nichols, a native of Dickerson, and a farmer in that community 
for many years, died at his residence, 708 Easley street, Silver Spring, on 
Saturday.  He was born at Dickerson on April 4, 1866.  He had observed his 
birthday on Friday.  He is survived by a number of relatives in Frederick and 
Montgomery counties, including these daughters and sons: Mrs. John C. Jewell, 
Mrs. Florence Sabotka, Mrs. Louis A. Dent, Mrs. Frank A. Smith, Mrs. John 
Sullivan, Charles Roger Nichols, Hiram Gilbert Nichols and Conrad E. Nichols.
  Funeral Services will be held tomorrow at 11 a. m. at the Hyson funeral 
home, 1300 N. street, N. W., Washington.  Rev. Orris g. Robinson, pastor of 
Calvary Methodist church, Washington will officiate.  Interment will be in 
Cedar Hill cemetery, Suitland.
