The funeral of Mrs. Daisy C. Pickett took place Saturday afternoon, December 29 from
her late home, 262 West Fifth street.  AFter a prayer the body was taken to the 
Baptist church. Services were conducted by Rev. W.C. Royal, the choir of the church 
rendered several selections, eight small boys and girls, members of her Sunday school 
class, acted as flower bearers.  The pallbearers were:  Harry L. Ebert, David Ebaugh, 
Samuel Trout, H. L. Lee, J.W. Fout and A.B. Collmus.  Interment was made in Mt. Olivet 
cemetery.  C.E. Cline, funeral director.
