Mrs. Joseph L. Shank
  Mrs. Laura Virginia Shank, wife of Joseph L. Shank, of Woodsboro, died 
suddenly Sunday morning at 5 o’clock of heart disease, aged 61 years.  Beside 
her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Benjamin W. Saxten, of 
Hagerstown, and one granddauther, Josephine Saxten; also the following sisters 
and brothers:  Mrs. Rose Kinne, of Baltimore; Mrs. Emma Min[?], of Brooklyn, N. 
Y.; Mrs. Charles Kittinger, of Baltimore; Vernon and Robert of New York; Harry 
Kittinger, of Washington.  The funeral Tuesday mornint at 11 o’clock, with 
services at the house conducted by her pastor, Rev. R. C. Sorrick.  Interment 
in Mr. Hope cemetery.  Powell and Albaugh funeral directors.


Additional Comments:
the last name of her sister, Mrs. Emma, is cut off.  It starts with Min but not 
sure of the last couple letters.
