He was a son of the late Jesse J. and Mary Ellen Joy Winpigler. Surviving him are five children: Mrs. C. Elder Keeney, Pearl; Walter R. Winpigler, Mrs. Clarence Fogle, C. Edward Winpigler and Mrs. Milton Dixon, all of this city; one brother, Keefer Winpigler, this city; three sisters, Mrs. John Jacobs, Walkersville; Mrs. Roy Speak, Utica and Mrs. Clyde Young, Troutville. Thirty-seven grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren also survive. His wife, the former Daisy Virginia Tyeryar predeceased him, January of this year. The body rest at the home of his son, C. Edward Winpigler, 300 East Fourth Street, where friends may call. Funeral services will be held at the home Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment in Mount Olivet cemetery. M. R.
