BOWARD – WELSHANS
  Announcement is made of the marriage in Frederick Saturday of Miss Beulah E. 
Welshans and Roger A. Boward.  The ceremony was preformed by Rev. DeWitt P. 
Zuse, after which the newlyweds continued their motoring trip to Washington 
where they spent the week-end.
  Mr. and Mrs. Boward are residing at 120 West Race street, Martinsburg, W. Va.
