Crouse – Koontz
  Vernon L. Crouse, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Crouse, and Mrs. Leah S. 
Koontz, daughter of Mrs. Mary J. Stover, both of Taneytown, were quietly 
married by Rev. J. A. Brosius, at Thurmont, December 23.  The groom is on ot 
the employes [sic] of the Carroll Record office, and the bridge is engaged at 
the Taneytown Telephone Exchange.
