I Paul Andriss of Frederick County being mindfull of the shortness of Human life but being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner & form following. Imprimis after my just debts and funeral charges are paid & discharged I give and bequeath to my wife Charaty Andriss all the remainder of my property both real and personal to her, her heirs or assigns forever and lastly I do ordain constitute and appoint my wife Charaty Andriss whole & sole Executrix of this my last will & testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made and declaring this and none other to be my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my mark and seal this twenty fifth day of October Eighteen hundred and four. George Murdock Reg Frederick County January 23rd 1805 Then came Thomas Todd one of the subcribing witnesses to the aforegoing last will & testament of Paul Andriss late of Frederick County deceased and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that he did see the testator therein named sign & seal this will that he heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last will and testament that at the time of his __ing [looks like soding] he was to the best of his apprehension of a sound & disposing mind memory & understanding that he subscribed his name as a witness to this will in the presence and at the request of the testator and that he did also see Joseph Gordon & Henry Stimmel the other subscribing witnesses sign his name as a witness to said will in the presence and at the request of the testator and all in the presence of each other.
