I give and Bequeath the said Estate. To my Children, To Wit, Michael Peter, Mary, John, Charles, and Elizabeth. to be equally divided between them my said Children, share and Share alike; Whereas I have sold onto Peter Slider of Frederick County Fifty acres of Land part of “The Resurvey on Brothers Agreement”, lying in the County aforesaid, I do therefore hereby authorise and empower my said Wife Mary: to Convey unto the said Peter Slider his Heirs and Assigns for Ever the said Land. so as aforesaid. Sold by me to him, and Lastly I do Hereby Nominate ^ consumate(sp) and Appoint my Said Wife Mary. and the said Peter Slider, Executors of this my last Will and Testament. hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made ratifying and Confirming this and now other to by my Last Will and Testament. In Witness where of I have hereto Set my Hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of February Seventeen Hundred and Ninety two Signed Sealed published pronounced and Declared by His the Testator(sp) as and for his last Will and Testament Charles (X) Fair Seal In the presence of us who at his request and in his presence Mark and in the presence of each other have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto ____________________ her Mary + Coontz, Leonhart Dill, Jn.o Gwinn mark Frederick County March 26th 1792 Then came Mary Fair and Peter Slider and Made Oath that the aforegoing Instru- ment of writing is the true and whole Will and Testament of Charles Fair late of Frederick County deceased, that hath come to their Hands and possession ---- --- Frederick County March 26th 1792 ------ Geo. Murdoch Reg. Then came Leonhart Dill and Jno Gwinn two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the aforegoing last Will and Testament of Charles Fair late of Frederick County Deceased and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see the Testator therein Named Leonhart Dill Jno Gwinn ( Abbreviated names) this Will. that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehens- sions of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding that they respectively (sp) Subscribed their Names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence and the request of the Testator and that they did also see Mary Coontz the other Subscribing Witness Sign her (Name) (429) Name as a Witness thereto In the presence and at the request of the Testator and all in the presence of each other----- Geo.
