Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Magdalena the house clock and the bed in which we lying at present and the copper kettle two puter dishes one bason six puter plates extra and to hold her thirds of all my Estate real personal and mixed of the county and state aforesaid according to law. Item I give and bequeath unto myloving children lawfully begotten an equil proportion of the remainder of my estate real personal and mixed. Item I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Magdelena an Equil Portion. Item I give abd bequeath unto my loving daughter Cathrine a Equil portion Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son John an Equil Portion Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son Jacob an Equil Portion Item I give and bequeath unot my loving son Clemence an Equil portion Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son Peter an Equil portion. Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son Samuel an Equil portion. Item I give and beqeuath unto my loving son David an Equil portion. Lastly I do hereby constittue and appoint my son John Graver and John Welker of the County and State aforesaid my only Eecors of this my last will and Testament.
