Stephens the sum of $300 to be paid to him out of the proceeds of the sale of the house and lot . . . I also bequeath to Charles my shoemaking tools, sewing machine, stock on hand and the store in the shop with anything that is in the shop belonging to the trade and I furthermore order that should my son Charles pay any debts standing against my estate after my death that said sum be paid to him; Mary M. Cook, wife of Luther M. Cooke, Eliza R. Vansant, wife of John M. Vansant and Charles E. Stephens. . . Lastly appoint my wife,, Agnes as sole Executrix. . . Witness: R.
