FHC-Family History Center, LDS Heirs of Robert Glenn Ð Harford County, Maryland Isabelle Glenn, widow William Glenn Joshua Miles or Milnes David Street John Glenn Roger Glenn Nancy Glenn Whereas our grandfather, Robert Glenn, had surveyed a tract called "Glenn’s Inheritance" and died before a patent was issued and the same land descended to our uncles, William Glenn and John Glenn and to our aunts, JaneMiles, Catherine Street, wife of Roger Street, Agnes (sic) Gorsuch, wife of Nicholas Gorsuch and to our deceased mother, Hannah Street, wife of our deceased father, David Street, and as our mother and father in their life time sold all their rights in said land to our uncle, said John Glenn, and was paid for it in their life time. We, therefore, whose names are here signed being three of his children of full age to whom together with our brothers and sisters minores, this right in said landÉ. Édo hereby assign, transfer and make over to our uncle John Glenn all rights, etc. and request a patent to him for same. /S/ Isabella Street, Thomas Street, Glenn Street. Witnesses: Abraham Street, Mary Street We, the undersigned heirs of Robert Glenn, late of Harford County, deceased, for value received of our brother, John Glenn of said county, do assign all claims to land called "Glenn’s Inheritance". /S/ William Glenn, Jane Miles, Nicholas Gorsuch, Ann (sic) Gorsuch, Hannah Street and Catherine Street. William Glenn, Jane Milnes or Miles, Nicholas Gorsuch and Ann, his wife, Roger Street and Catherine, his wife, by their assignment 23 December 1816; that David and Hannah Street departed this life intestate, leaving Isabella, Thomas, Glenn, Mary, Lawrenza (?), Abraham, David, Robert, Hannah and John, their only children who are all minors except Isabella, Thomas and Glenn, who by their assignment 23 December 1816 transferred their claims to land to petitioner, John Glenn.
