A Caveat to the will of NORA FEENY, date September 26 last, was filed yesterday in the Probate Court by Michael Feeny, Michael J. Feeny, John Feeny, and Julia (Feeny) Dunnigan, the first named of whom is stated to be a brother of the testatrix and the others, children of PATRICK FEENY, a deceased brother. Among the grounds alleged for the contesting the will are that it is not the last will and testament of the decendent; that it was not executed in due form as required by the statute, and it was not executed when she was of sound and disposing mind and capable of making a valid will. It was clamined also that the deceased did not know or understand it's contents and it is alleged that it was procured by fraud and undue influence. The Caveators are represented by Attorneys Joesph L. Donnovan, Wells & Wells, and P.H. Veitch. Additional Comments: This is my Great grandfather, John Feeney with his brother Michael J, his uncle Michael, his sister Julia (Feeney) Dunnigan, and my g/g grandad is Patrick Feeney. Note: The surname is spelled FEENY. I spelt it FEENEY in the title of article for easier searching when someone types the surname in.
