 "State of Maryland
Baltimore City

Received of Isaac Caulk two hundred dollars as part of the purchase money for
all the Lands owned by the late Ellis Caulk deceased of Kent County ;Supposed to
be about twenty acres more or less, Lying and situated in Kent County in the
State of Maryland adjoining Mr. Slaughter's farm on one side and Mr. Barkman,
Marshall Jones and William Dunn on the other side. The said heirs Francis Caulk
Widow, Francis  Siddins, Jane  Forrest  Joshua Caulk  children and heirs of the
said Ellis Caulk and Georgeanna Jackson, Laura Armwood Levi Caulk, Ellis Caulk
Grand Children and heirs of the said Ellis Caulk
	Now it is agreed on the part of all the heirs named above that they will take
Four hundred dollars for the above described Tract of land if there is Twenty
acres or more. If there is less than twenty acres they will take as the sale of
twenty dollars per acre. The Balance purchase money to be paid in six months
from this date. When all the heirs agree to sign a deed conveying all their
interest in said land as heirs of the said Ellis Caulk/to the said Isaac Caulk
on payment of the Balance

subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for the City
aforesaid Personally appeared Francis Caulk, Joshua Caulk, Francis Siddons, Jane
Forrest, Laura Armwood, Levi Caulk, Georgeanna Jackson and Ellis Caulk and each
acknowledged the above to be. . . .
