The said heirs Francis Caulk Widow, Francis Siddins, Jane Forrest Joshua Caulk children and heirs of the said Ellis Caulk and Georgeanna Jackson, Laura Armwood Levi Caulk, Ellis Caulk Grand Children and heirs of the said Ellis Caulk Now it is agreed on the part of all the heirs named above that they will take Four hundred dollars for the above described Tract of land if there is Twenty acres or more. If there is less than twenty acres they will take as the sale of twenty dollars per acre. The Balance purchase money to be paid in six months from this date.
