"Satisfaction of Mortgage from Charles W. Jones and others 
To The Board of Church Extension of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

	Be it remembered that on this second day of February A.D. 1883 there was
brought to be recorded among the Land Records of Kent County, a paper marked
'Satisfaction of Mortgage,' which is ink the words following, to wit:

	Know all men by these Presents, that the 'Board of Church Extension of the
Methodist Episcopal Church' does hereby certify that a certain Indenture of
Mortgage, bearing date of second day of October A.D. 1869 and made and executed
by Charles W. Jones, Marshall S. Jones, Isaac Cotton, Samuel Gleaves, Isaac S.
Jones, Josiah Caulk, Jno Stricking, Samuel J. Gleaves and Isaac Caulk, Trustees
of Joshua Methodist Episcopal Church of Millington Circuit, County of Kent, and
State of Maryland, to secure the payment of the sum of Two hundred dollars and
interest to the said Corporation, are recorded in Book J.K.H. #8 of Mortgages on
pages 281 and 2782 on the 15th day of November A.D. 1869, is fully paid,
satisfied and discharges and County Clerk is hereby authorized and empowered to
enter satisfaction of the same on the Record of said Mortgage.
	In witness whereof, the said 'Board of Church Extension' has caused these
present to be signed by its Corresponding Secretary, and its corporate seal to
be affixed hereunto as its act and Deed, this sixteenth day of January 1883.
