The Maryland Land Warrents and Patents were researched primarily for information 
concerning the Tracy/Tracey family of Maryland.  Most of the surnames researched 
are associated with this family either by marriage or land ownership.  Other 
surnames are recorded because of the listing of heirs if the ancestor died 
intestate.

John Brook of Kent County

Hannah and Ruth’s father.  Tract called “The Addition”, north side of Chester 
River.  This land descended to Hannah and Ruth, daughters and heirs.  
Petitioners were Hannah Wallace and Ruth Gleeves.
