November 1720 Kent County in Maryland In the Name of God Amen I W{m} Howart of the County afd being sick and weak of body but of sound and perfect memory thanks be given to Almighty God I do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following First I give my Soul to Almighty God who gave it me and my body to the Earth to be buried in Christian burial at the Discretion of my Executrix Secondly my will that I give and bequeath all and wholly my Possessions and Estate of what I am Possessed with to my Dear and loving Wife My last will and Testament is I make my loving wife Elizabeth Howart my full and Sole Executrix ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 11{th} Day of November Anno Domini 1720 William Howard (Seale) Sign’d and deliver in y{e} Presence of John Magnor Allsop(?)
