This accountant charges himself with current money received from the Gattrell (sic) agent of the deceased. $586. 21 Also with Ditto, ditto received from Henry Ballon it being money due the deceased on three promissory notes. 288.60 $874.81 And this Accountant prays to be allowed for the following payments and disbursements to wit: 1. Qf current money paid by this Accountant for sundry ex- penses as pd bills and receipts filed will appear $2.25 2. Of Ditto, ditto paid by Ditto to Henry Harding for Reg- ister's fees as pd bill and receipt filed will appear. 5.05 3. Of an allowance made this Accountant for the discount paid by him in exchanging the Ohio funds for Eastern funds. 10.80 4. Of 10 p' cent commission allowed ditto in $874.81 assets charged in this account. 87.48 5. Of currant money paid Register for stating, passing and recording the account and making out, filing and recording distribution, 2.08 Balance due the estate 767.15 Estate Accounted for $874.81 The above balance brought down of 767.15 Distribution as Follows: To be equally divided among the following persons children of the deceased viz. : To Ann E. Jackson, Charles A. Duvall Deborora Magruder and Cleora Duvall is to each the sum of $191.78 3/4 Montgomery County to wit: On this 5th day of September 1848 came Otis C. Wight administrator, Eliza Duvall late of said County deceased and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the foregoing account is just and true as it stands stated and that he hath bona fide paid or secured to be paid the several sums, for which he claims an allowance which after due examination passed by order of court.
