King, of Montgomery County in the state of Maryland, being of sound and disposing mind and capable of executing a valid deed or contract do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills or codicils heretofore by me made. After payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real personal and mixed, or of whatever description the same may be, and wherever situate, to my dear wife Addie C. King, to be hers during her natural life, and after her death it is my will and I do hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my said property to my seven children, namely, James O. King, Marie Griffith, Ettie May Boyer, Dorah S. Mullinix, Raymond King, Forest E. King and Pauline Rabbitt, to be theirs absolutely and in fee simple, share and share alike. I hereby constitute and appoint James O. King and Raymond King, my sons, to be the executors of this my last will and testament; should one of said sons so named as Executor as aforesaid depart this life before I depart this life, then it is my will that the survivor of them shall act as Executor of this my last will and Testament.
